Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
